"With Your Help, We can make a Difference"
And for my next CHALLENGE!.........

As we move forward into 2012 I just wanted to let you know what my next challenge is. I am hoping to do the Great Wall of China Marathon this May. To this end I am looking for a corporate sponsor who is willing to support me in this major event. As well as the usual media coverage of Press, Radio, TV and the World Wide Web I am looking to raise the company’s profile by running training sessions to inspire young people through the power of soccer and create opportunities for them to develop. If you work for a like minded company or know someone who does this is a great opportunity to help those less fortunate than ourselves and promote the company.

If you feel you can offer any support and would like to discuss these great

opportunities further please don’t hesitate to contact me at; This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it

Unable to proceed, I decided I wanted to do something to help and decided to run The Flora London Marathon in aid of Kidney Research UK. In the hope their research will help others who may suffer from the same sort of challenges in the future......

Lucys Story
At the age of 14 I was diagnosed with end stage renal failure, which meant a life of tablets, injections and peritoneal dialyisis four times a day. Up until this point I had led a completely normal life and so it came as a great shock to both me, and the rest of my family when we were told the news. The fact that it was friday 13th when we found out did cross my mind! . . .Click to see video
